Over the course of the "Advanced Asset Management in Jira Service Management" training participants learn how to unlock the full power of Jira Service Management using assets.

During this training participants will learn how to integrate assets into Jira Service Management to help agents process tickets quickly and efficiently. They will learn how to configure custom fields for asset objects to provide important information for tickets. The use of advanced AQL features and the configuration of automation rules based on JSM tickets and custom asset fields are also part of this training.

The aim of this advanced training course is to enable you to manage your enterprise assets (EAM) and IT assets (ITAM) and to exploit the CMDB functions of Asset effectively. You will also receive an introduction to the integration options and learn about advanced configurations for data import and synchronization.
