We celebrated this special anniversary in style on a Danube cruise: from Passau via Vienna to Budapest and back, we took time to look back together on 25 years of developments and successes. A big thank you to our fantastic team and everyone who has joined us on this journey – we look forward to the next 25 years with you!

catworkx celebrates 25 years of innovation, growth and cohesion!
A quarter of a century full of ideas, successes and shared milestones – that had to be celebrated! From November 5 to 9, 2024, employees, partners and long-time companions
of catworkx gathered on the MS Adora to mark the occasion. The river cruise ship not only provided a picturesque backdrop, but also the perfect setting for exchange, inspiration and encounters.
On our journey through Passau, Vienna and Budapest, the successes of recent years came to life and the future became tangible: In a festive, almost family-like atmosphere, we reviewed the highlights of the last 25 years while gathering fresh inspiration and ideas. This anniversary event was not only a retrospective, but also the symbolic starting point for the next chapter of our success story – full of energy, community and anticipation for what lies ahead.
Full steam ahead – on the Danube through Passau, Vienna and Budapest
The journey began in Passau, where the participants boarded the MS Adora. The festively decorated ship, which was reserved exclusively for catworkx, provided the ideal place to see old and new faces, make and greet new acquaintances and employees, gather inspiration and celebrate togetherness. The stops on the trip – Passau, the – admittedly short – stop in Vienna due to a delay and Budapest – created a perfect backdrop and made the event a very special experience.
In Budapest, the “cats” then went on a few hours of exploration, enjoying the architecture, culinary highlights and historic atmosphere before heading back on board and setting off on the return journey.
The catworkx team – a unit from different countries, diversity and commitment
On board were not only long-time catworkx employees, but also new colleagues and partners from EverIT, STAGIL, Brainbits and Zuara. The “cats” of all colors came together to celebrate the unity and growth of the company. The exchange between colleagues enabled the development of inspiring ideas and shared visions that catworkx will continue to consolidate in the Atlassian ecosystem in the years to come.
The memories and the inspiration – a journey that connects
The atmosphere on board was relaxed and at the same time full of energy: whether it was a walk on the sun deck, a cozy chat and work in the lounge or dinner – the anniversary trip offered a variety of opportunities to get to know each other better, share experiences and laugh together. The cruise and the beautiful surroundings created countless memories and new impulses for future collaboration.
