During the course "Jira Administration Part 1 (Data Center)" participants learn the most important steps for setting up a Jira instance (Jira Work Management, Jira Software or Jira Service Management).
The most common administration tasks for all three Jira applications are practiced in practical exercises. These include User administration, global and project-related authorizations, project roles and the configuration of task types, workflows and screens. Participants will learn how to share project configurations by using schemas.
The training includes a selection of business requirements and best practices for each topic to better understand Jira administration.
